The 2 disc DVD Set contains the same segments as are included on our On-Line Training Portal.  This allows Hospices to mix and match their training formats to best meet the needs of their volunteers.  Whichever format is used, new volunteers receive the same foundational information, maintaining consistency across training classes and multiple locations.
